Calyflow DB Sourcer

Source from the database you already own. This agent measures how much of the role is already covered in-house, works your talent database with semantic search and requirement matching, and hands back a shortlist with per-candidate evidence — before you pay to find people elsewhere.

What it does

The Calyflow DB Sourcer reads the role's brief from your project, checks the job's in-house coverage report, then works your CalyflowDB talent database — natural-language candidate search with skill-graph expansion, evidence-based job matching with must-have coverage, and rediscovery of candidates you haven't contacted recently — to produce a ranked shortlist of the best matches you already own.

Why recruiters use it

  • Know in minutes whether a role can be filled from the database you already have.
  • Search the way you think — "senior Kotlin engineer in Slovakia, payments background" — instead of boolean strings.
  • Every shortlist entry comes with evidence: matched skills, coverage of the job's must-haves, and what's missing.
  • Your shortlisting decisions feed back into the database and improve future ranking.

Connect Calyflow DB

Create a scoped API key in your CalyflowDB dashboard (the Agent preset — search + read — is enough) and paste it under Settings → Connectors. The key is stored encrypted per workspace and only reads your data.

What you get

  1. A coverage snapshot — how many strong and possible matches already exist for the role, and how many were recently contacted or previously interviewed.
  2. A ranked shortlist document with a one-line, evidence-backed rationale per candidate and a note on who was ruled out.

What you need

  • A role brief (job description / intake notes) saved in the project.
  • A connected Calyflow DB API key.

How to run it

Open a project with a role brief and run. The shortlist is saved to your project files.
