What it does
Ceipal Search reads the role brief from your project, finds the matching CEIPAL job posting, pulls the job's applicants/submissions, and ranks the best matches against the requirements. If the job pipeline is thin, it searches the wider CEIPAL applicant database by skills, email, or mobile number.
Why recruiters use it
- Mine owned applicants before paying for external sourcing.
- See CEIPAL submission or pipeline status next to each recommendation.
- Get a clean shortlist document saved back to the project.
Connect CEIPAL ATS
CEIPAL is not a standard one-key connector. In Settings -> Connectors, paste
your CEIPAL login email, API password, and API key as
email:password:api-key. Calyflow stores that credential set encrypted and
exchanges it for CEIPAL bearer tokens when it reads your ATS.
What you get
A ranked shortlist document with candidate name, contact fields returned by CEIPAL, submission/pipeline status, evidence against the role, CEIPAL ids, and a note on candidates ruled out.
What you need
- A role brief (job description / intake notes) saved in the project.
- A connected CEIPAL ATS account with API access.
How to run it
Open a project with a role brief and run. The shortlist is saved to your project files.

Calyflow DB Sourcer
A sourcing agent that mines your own CalyflowDB talent database for the role. It checks how much of the job is already covered in-house, searches the database with natural-language queries and skill filters, matches candidates against the job's requirements with evidence, and writes a ranked shortlist back into the project. Connect Calyflow DB in Settings → Connectors first.

Candidate Outreach From Sheet via Email
An outreach agent that reads candidates from the tracker you run in Google Sheets, Excel, or Airtable, writes a short personalized email to each one grounded in the role and your tone of voice, sends them from your own mailbox (Gmail or Outlook), and saves a send log into the project. Pick the data source and the mailbox when you run it.

Candidate Scorecard Rubric
Turn the project's job description into a structured Ideal Candidate Profile with a weighted scoring rubric — must-have (3), important (2) and nice-to-have (1) criteria, each with a concrete "how to evaluate" cue, plus a max-score guide. The rubric that drives consistent candidate screening.
