Calyflow now connects to Recruitis

Bring your Recruitis candidates and jobs into Calyflow — and put AI agents to work on them.
Recruitis is now a connector in Calyflow. If you run your hiring on Recruitis — the recruitment platform trusted by agencies and in-house teams across Czechia, Slovakia, and the wider CEE region — you can link it to Calyflow in a couple of clicks and let AI agents source, screen, and reach out, working directly from the data you already keep there.
Why it matters
Your ATS is where your candidates live. The problem is that all that history — past applicants, open roles, pipelines — usually just sits there. Calyflow turns it into something active: point an agent at a Recruitis role and it builds a shortlist; hand it the job description and it screens applicants against it; ask it to reach out and it drafts personalised messages in your voice.
No exporting spreadsheets. No copy-pasting between tabs. Your Recruitis data, worked on by AI, with the results saved straight back into your Calyflow project.
What you can do with it
Once Recruitis is connected, your agents can:
- List your open jobs and the candidates attached to them.
- Search and pull candidates to assemble a ranked shortlist for a role.
- Resurface strong past applicants worth re-approaching for a new opening.
A few concrete examples:
- Open a Recruitis role and run the CV Screener to rank its applicants against the job description and your scorecard — every verdict backed by a quote from the CV.
- Mine your existing Recruitis database for a live vacancy instead of sourcing cold.
- Feed a role’s candidates into the Outreach Writer to draft warm, personalised first-touch messages — signed off as you.
It also powers Calyflow’s ATS module, so your Recruitis candidates show up as a working pipeline you can browse, filter, and act on inside Calyflow.
How to connect it
Connecting takes about a minute:
- In Calyflow, go to Settings → Connectors → Recruitis.
- Paste your Recruitis API token (from your Recruitis account’s API settings).
- That’s it — your jobs and candidates are now available to every agent.
The connection is read-only: Calyflow queries Recruitis for the records a task needs and never writes back to it, scoped entirely to your workspace.
Built on your own data, your own AI
Like every Calyflow connector, Recruitis runs on your terms. Agents use your own AI provider and your own Recruitis account; the work — and the cost — stays with you. Your API token is encrypted at rest, never placed into prompts, and never exposed to the AI model. You can disconnect at any time. (More in our security overview.)
